Before submitting your application for the 7-week 2027 Runway implementation program, review the key dates, session schedules, and operational expectations below to ensure this program aligns with your business goals and current availability.
Section One
Key dates & live weekly schedule
Program duration
October 5 to November 20, 2026
Seven consecutive weeks of Q4 build time.
Program capacity
Strictly limited to 12 businesses
To ensure dedicated, high-touch support for every participant.
Weekly live implementation sessions
- Day & time: Every Monday, 10:00 to 11:30 AM EDT
- Location: Virtual via Zoom
- Duration: 90 minutes per session
Weekly 1-on-1 strategy consulting
- Duration: One 40-minute private strategy call each calendar week
- Focus: Themed to that week's module, covering Notion portal builds, automation mapping, and operational bottlenecks
Section Two
Attendance, recording & material access
To build an active, engaged working environment, all participants agree to the following.
1. Live engagement & session recordings
- Live-only experience: Group sessions are structured as real-time implementation workshops.
- Recording policy: All group sessions are recorded by Your Project Board, LLC for internal quality assurance and operational records. Session recordings will NOT be distributed or made available to participants.
- Transcriptions & summaries: Detailed written transcriptions, key action steps, and downloadable summary assets will be provided to participants following each live session.
2. Weekly 1-on-1 strategy session rules
- Hard stop: Sessions begin and end precisely at the scheduled time to respect all participants' schedules.
- 24-hour cancellation policy: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your weekly 40-minute strategy call.
- Forfeiture: Cancellations within 24 hours or missed calls will result in forfeiture of that week's call. Unused 1-on-1 sessions expire at the end of each program week and cannot be rolled over.

Investment & B2B eligibility
Total investment
$1,500 USD
B2B requirement
This is a commercial business-to-business contract. Applicants must apply on behalf of a registered business entity (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, or DBA).
Refund policy
Due to immediate access to proprietary digital assets, templates, and reserved consulting time slots, all payments are strictly non-refundable once the program begins on October 5, 2026.

Our team reviews all applications within 2 business days.

Alignment call
Selected applicants will receive an invitation link to schedule a brief call to discuss your business needs, confirm mutual fit, and answer any lingering questions.

Agreement & enrollment
Upon mutual approval, you will be sent your formal Program Service Agreement (governed under the laws of the State of Georgia) and your invoice. Seats are reserved upon execution of the agreement and payment.
